Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jl07 Platform — whether through a web browser on desktop, a mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl07 Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the jl07 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the Platform. These Terms are in addition to any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the jl07 Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jl07 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the jl07 Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility

To register for and use the jl07 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines. jl07 strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age during the account verification process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jl07 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jl07 or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• Not a jl07 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jl07 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jl07, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the jl07 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl07 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl07 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jl07 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any time jl07 deems necessary.
• Account Suspension: jl07 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory authority.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jl07 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Currency: All transactions on the jl07 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl07 reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between 1–5 business days to process, depending on the payment method selected. jl07 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jl07 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed within your account settings and may be adjusted upon request, subject to verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

jl07 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl07 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain regions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification: jl07 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl07 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl07 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jl07 Platform — including but not limited to the jl07 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl07 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jl07.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the jl07 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of jl07's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jl07.

Privacy & Data Protection

jl07 is committed to protecting the personal data of its players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the jl07 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the jl07 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• jl07 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• jl07 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl07 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jl07 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jl07 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jl07's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or government actions).
• Any errors in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions, provided that jl07 takes reasonable steps to investigate and rectify such errors promptly.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

The jl07 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl07 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Responsible Gaming

jl07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the account settings panel. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent in a gaming session.
• Age Verification: jl07 enforces strict age verification to prevent underage gambling. All players must be 21 years of age or older.

Termination

jl07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jl07 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a regulatory authority.
• Inactivity on the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Any other reason jl07 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its players.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in full.

You may also close your jl07 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl07, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. jl07 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jl07's support team, the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through arbitration.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the jl07 Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
